Olympic Weight Lifting
Focused on strength, power, speed, and precision, Olympic Lifting involves the precise execution of movements and lifts – such as squats, bench presses, and deadlifts – which are executed faster, with more mobility and greater range of motion to challenge both the mind and body.
Functional Fitness
Movements that support and mimic everyday lifestyle by incorporating multiple muscle groups simultaneously to build strength, balance, stability, and mobility as well as decreasing injury risks by ensuring proper form. Functional Fitness classes include variations and repetitions of walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, squatting, and lunging.
Circuit Training
Popular around the world, circuit training is an excellent way to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength endurance through a series and combination of upper, lower, and whole-body exercises. Training involves 6-12 exercises where intense cardiovascular/anaerobic exercises are alternated with less intense recovering periods for recovery using a set number of repetitions or a specific amount of time and then closed with a cool down.
